DETAILED FEE STRUCTURE
Fee Structure and Additional Costs

“The following fees shall be applied under this Agreement:
- Management Fee: 10% of gross rent collected per month.
- Tenant Placement Fee: Half month’s rent for new leases
- Lease Renewal Fee: $250 for existing tenant lease renewals. (if applicable)
- Eviction Coordination Fee $125 per eviction. (if applicable)
- Maintenance Coordination Fee: A 10% coordination fee shall be charged for repairs. Fee is 10% of the total repair cost.
- Inspection Fee: $25 per inspection every 6 months per unit
- Vacancy Fee: $50 per vacant unit (Only applicable if requested to be vacant)
- Onboarding Fee: $100 per unit under management
- Project Management Fee: 10% of all renovation projects managed

Any additional services not covered in this agreement shall be agreed upon in writing, with fees disclosed prior to providing the service.”
